ACHL Collaborates With NANNM and Edebo Inc on Capacity Building Event for Nurses from Public and Private Sector Health Facilities across the Country

The program focused on for quarterly service delivery and professional excellence and the role of nurses in the prevention and control of occupational health hazard and diseases.

Besides acquiring contemporary knowledge an orientation and skills in transformational and empowering leadership approaches, the nurses and midwives also brainstormed on how to address the common hazards to which nurses and midwives were exposed to.

The workshop attracts credits from The Nursing and Midwifery Council for the purpose of renewal of professional license.

The event took place t the Main Hall of the National Health Workers Union Secretariat in Abuja on 12 – 14 September 2018.
